Is it time for a new roof? North West Construction and Terry Burke have over 25 years experience in the roofing industry. As our reviews say: We're "Honest, Reliable, On-Time and easy-going." Our professional roofers install roofing systems by GAF, North America’s leading manufacturer of roofing materials. We prefer GAF products for their superior quality, durability and because they are backed by the best warranty in the business. Our roofing team has also earned the designation of Certified GAF roofing contractor, which means North West Construction ranks among the top 3% of all contractors in the nation. Our roofing installation crews are trained and certified to stringent manufacturer standards. That’s vitally important in this industry: roofs installed by uncertified roofers can void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Can you roof withstand every storm? If you're not sure, or you have an aging roof that's been well weathered, have one of our inspectors come out and take a look. It's very possible you're subject to further damage without proper flashing installed.
A lot of your home's HVAC system loses its power directly through your roof. Without proper insulation, your energy bills can be sky high. Have one of our guys come out and take a look at it – we might be able to save you money on your seasonal electricity bills.

I called North West expecting to buy a new roof since my roof is 18 years old. Terry inspected the damage and said the roof was fine except for some minor damage.. He fixed it on the spot in about 2 hours and only charged me $150.00. He could have sold me a new roof and I wouldn't have known that I didn't need it.
Making sure your roof is sound and secure is incredibly important, yet many homeowners neglect their roofs. Like everything in your home, it requires maintenance. If you haven't had your roof inspected recently, we're here to help. Maintaining your roof is a low-cost way of ensuring that your home – and your family – stay safe.
The National Association of Homeowners recommends that you have your roof inspected twice a year. While this is "ideal" it is not necessarily practical for most busy homeowners. Early Spring is an ideal time in Michigan to get your roof inspected, as that is the time of year when water and ice could do the most damage if left unattended.
If you haven't had your roof inspected in a few years, just fill out a "Contact Form" and well get in touch with you to schedule an inspection of your roof as this winter subsides. We don't charge for these, all we ask is that if you do wind up needing some sort of repair you give us an opportunity to bid on the job. Just an FYI, this isn't a scam that would be (unfortunately) typical of many contractors - Roofers, HVAC etc. If you only need a minor repair, that's all we'll recommend.
